"I'm adding to my review due to your response. I wasn't contacted until two months after this I've called corporate because the first time I was told to get an estimate I went to a company that day. I paid a company to drive to my house take picture's, send an estimate in and they did that day because my picture's weren't good enough for you. Johnsons auto body did the estimate I also sent picture's and was told to find alot more information that I told you I don't know where to look.....I took screenshot of the calls and I have all the info showing picture's that were sent and an estimate.......... I had no idea that I needed to Fond all this info until two month's after I was told state farm would be contacting me but they did not..... I waited patiently but after the experience I've had with Sarah I'm disappointed at the professionalism. Corporate is handling things now. She deffinitly should not be in customer service. .........My friend had an accident while pulling my trailer and damaged the trailer. This company received pictures in Dec. but never called me until this week. Sarah that works there started to call me this week. They told their client they he been trying to get a hold of me door a while but I have no record of that, only calls from this week. I was told they were waiting on me. I feel like they are trying to blame me for their lack of organization. Then Sarah told me they were waiting on an estimate from an auto body shop so in the same day I had to pay a shop to come to my house to take picture's amd do an estimate. Not once did she tell me that i needed the make model and serial number. There were several excuses about what took so long to contact me. They lied and said they've been trying to contact me. So now they wanted an estimate for the trailer and picture's. Not once did she mention I needed the make model and year of the trailer. She said she didn't know that but that's what they told her and that I've been the hold up. I can't find it and I'm not paying a company again. The trailer is totaled. Not only are they trying to get out of paying. In wisconsin you don't have to insure a smaller trailer and their full coverage insurance should cover my trailer. I am so happy that I did not get State Farm insurance because I was considering switching to them. This has been the most unprofessional insurance company I've ever worked with."

"Shelly you're not a client of my agency nor State Farm. You're the claimant. We noticed your frustrated with your insurance agent or did not call them to help you. Sarah (from My Agency) offered to help you. You have the phone number and claim number. Notes 02/27/2025, 10:20 AM Shelly & Lynn called today Shelly asked why she has not received a payment it's been 3 months date of loss is 12/22/24 THE REASON SHE HAS NOT GOTTEN PAYMENT IS DUE TO NO ESTIMATE WITH PHOTOS FROM A BUSINESS as I kindly stated to Shelly who was yelling at me. Shelly stated no one from State Farm Claims has called her but than in the next breath states she has an email for SF to send photos of the damage to her trailer. I restated a business needs to do the estimate & photos before payment can be issued. I also said If the business wants to call me to have me help them with sending up the estimate & photos, I will be willing to help just give them my number. Shelly & Lynn stated they will try to get the estimate done today. Lynn stated it was very hot tempered there at the moment. 2/27/2025, 12:43 PM The trailer will be covered but they need year, make & model of the trailer in order for the Claim to be moved forward. I called Steve at Johnson Auto Body The assignment to Johnson Auto Body can't be sent without the year make & model of the trailer. He didn't have a year, make or model on the trailer. He thinks it was homemade. I called Shelly to get the year, make & model she sent me a photo the looks like a phone number written on with a white marker. I explained to Shelly I need the year make & model of the trailer for the assignment to be sent to Johnson from SF. Sarah has called you multiple times last week to move this claim along. A 1 Star? Your agent deserves that. Not my Agency. Sarah has done a 5-Star rating "

"In the years I was with Bill, he NEVER looked for better rates for me. He just ignored my requests. I've never had tickets or accidents but my rates just went higher and higher. I was once told it was because OTHER people got into accidents and had tickets and our area is just expensive. That made zero sense to me. The final straw was taking one vehicle off and putting another onto the policy. It seemed that I was being charged for 6 months of coverage in a policy with 4 months left. And the amount they credited me for the car I took off, didn't seem to be correct either. Instead of explaining to me what was going on, they offered to cancel my policy. I've asked multiple times since and explained that this is not how you treat customers but was met with more ignoring. I pay a premium to have an agent explain how my money is being spent and to find me better rates. Bill and Bernie just ignored me. Now that I've started looking for new insurance I've found that pretty much EVERY insurance company has not only cheaper rates but better coverage than what state farm offered. State farms rates were so much higher than everyone else that I can only surmise that that is because I've been written with the same people for years. I'm very disappointed. I thought they had more integrity and honesty than what I've been treated with."
